This is a body-based process.
We work with the patterns your nervous system has learned over time — the ways you adapt, protect, and stay connected.
Through somatic awareness, emotional exploration, and relational work, you begin to gently unwind those patterns.
Not by forcing change, but by creating enough safety for something new to happen.
This is where the shift begins — from survival, into a deeper sense of belonging in yourself.

• 12 private sessions (75 minutes)
• Personalised somatic practices between sessions
• Optional voice-note support between sessions
• Integration guidance for real-life situations
• Closing session to anchor what has shifted

The Body of Belonging is a three-month journey designed to gently unwind these patterns and help you reconnect with the deeper intelligence of your body.
Not by pushing or fixing.
But by listening, slowing down, and allowing something new to emerge.
Over the course of three months we work with the body’s patterns of protection and belonging.

THE TRANSFORMATION

Learning to recognise when your system is activated or shut down, and exploring ways to support your body in finding more steadiness and ease.

Developing a deeper connection to your body through sensation, movement, and breath, and allowing what has been held or suppressed to begin to move.

Gently exploring how you show up in relationships — including patterns of closeness, distance, and protection — and how these may have formed.

Building awareness of your internal yes and no, and finding ways to express your needs and feelings with more clarity and integrity.

Reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have gone quiet, and exploring what it feels like to take up space and be more fully seen.
