You don’t have to figure it out alone.

I find that the people who seek me out are often deeply attuned to others — able to sense, hold, and respond — yet feel less connected to themselves. On the outside, you may be the one who keeps things going, who others rely on. But on the inside, there can be a distance from your own body, or a frustration with patterns you can’t seem to think your way out of.

This is where our work begins — not by trying harder to understand, but by gently coming back into the body. Because when you can begin to feel what’s actually there, something starts to shift.

  • You spend most of your day "from the neck up." You are incredibly skilled at analyzing, planning, and intellectualizing your life, but you’ve lost the felt sense of being in your body. You might feel like you’re watching your life happen from a distance, or like your head and heart are speaking two different languages.

  • You find yourself repeating the same emotional or behavioral cycles'. For example; perfectionism, over-giving, or shutting down, even when you know they don't serve you. These aren't flaws; they are deeply ingrained somatic patterns your nervous system once created to keep you safe. We work to gently release these imprints so you can choose a new way of being.

  • Whether it’s the lingering impact of trauma, the exhaustion of burnout, or the strain of navigating a world that doesn't always see your true identity, your system is tired. I’m Lauraine Mann, a psychosomatic practitioner and business psychologist. I work with people who are ready to move beyond just understanding themselves, and begin to feel themselves. Together, we bring awareness into the body — into sensations, emotions, and patterns — so that what has been held or adapted over time can begin to shift.
