A PATH TO ALIVENESSWhat is Somatic Work?
Somatic work is a confidential, one-on-one partnership designed to help you reconnect with your most authentic self. It isn’t about “fixing” who you are, but about creating a space where your lived experiences, including trauma, identity, and relational patterns, can be felt, explored, and understood.
So much of our experience lives beyond words. While we often try to think our way through things, the body holds sensations, emotions, and patterns that haven’t always had space to be processed. Somatic work gently brings attention to these layers, allowing what’s been held in the body to begin to move, shift, and integrate.
In our sessions, I lead with both intuition and clinical experience to support you in listening to your body in a new way. You don’t have to have it all figured out to be here; you just get to arrive, be seen, and begin the process of feeling more connected, more grounded, and more at home in yourself.

Sessions are relational, collaborative, intuitive, and responsive to what you bring.
We might talk, but we will also slow things down and notice what is happening in your body—sensations, emotions, impulses, or patterns that are emerging in real time.
This work can often become a microcosm of the world outside of the room. The ways you relate, respond, hold back, or move toward something can begin to show up here too. This gives us the opportunity to explore and work with these patterns as they are happening, rather than only talking about them afterwards.
There’s no fixed weekly session agenda. I follow the energy of what’s present and work with you to deepen awareness and create meaningful shifts from there.
