Inside the 3-MONTH COMMITMENT Somatic Process Group

A somatic process group is a small, ongoing group where we explore your lived experience in real time, through the body, emotions, and your interactions with others.

“Somatic” means we include the body in the work. Alongside talking, we pay attention to sensations, breath, impulses, and nervous system responses, because so much of how we relate, protect, and connect happens here, often outside of awareness.

“Process” means we work with what is unfolding in the moment. Rather than following a set topic, the group is guided by what’s alive between members; the energy, dynamics, and interactions that naturally emerge.

Because of this, the group often begins to reflect the ways you experience relationships in the outside world. The difference is that here, those patterns can be noticed as they happen, explored with awareness, and met with multiple perspectives and experiences. This can open up new ways of understanding yourself and create more choice in how you move through what you’re working on.

Over time, this often leads to a deeper understanding of yourself; a greater sense of connection, clearer expression, and a grounded sense of being with yourself and others.

Common Experiences

Who is this space for?

This group is for people who are curious about how they show up —
in themselves, and in relationship with others.

You might recognize yourself here:

  • You overthink, hold back, or feel unsure in connection

  • You want closeness, but also feel guarded

  • You tend to overgive or take on too much

  • You notice patterns in relationships that repeat

  • You want to feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself

our approach

How we work in this space

This work focuses on helping you notice what is happening in real time — in your body, your reactions, and your connection with others.

Instead of trying to fix anything right away, we start by slowing down and paying attention.

In each session, you may begin to notice:

  • how your body responds in different moments

  • when you move toward others or pull back

  • how you protect yourself or stay guarded

  • what happens when you stay present instead of reacting

With gentle guidance and the support of the group, you start to understand your patterns more clearly.

Over time, this creates space for you to respond differently — with more awareness, choice, and connection.
